#complacency
By: That Sweatpants Kid

Call it what you want…
Success isn’t synonymous with fame…
It’s the outcome of struggle, survival and the absorption of pain…

Fortune is never the reward for excuses and decisions never made…
It’s about taking adversity…and molding it as if it were clay…

Take the opportunity to forge your own blade…
Become a warrior and leave the negativity wherever it may lay…
Never let it take you alive…show the beast that you are not afraid…

When the thrill begins and you reach the first stop…think about how much more damage you could do if you were sitting at the top…

Never settle for average, never settle for less, never settle for glory, never settle for best…never settle for the moment…and never settle for rest…never settle for peace and use your finesse…if you allow complacency to set the qstandard…what follows in your footsteps…is the demon of regret…
Don’t forget why you came so far…let it be the motivation to never regress…forever silence the critics…and wear your pride like a vest…

Now you’re bulletproof…their ammunition can’t penetrate your chest…get on both knees and be thankful for being so blessed…you’ve survived through tragedy and triumph…life’s greatest test…an incredible feat…but don’t stop…always aim for what’s next…

If you allow yourself to become complacent with success…you’ll never learn to conquer and further progress…it is an undeniable urge to take what’s yours…let the journey end where there is nothing left…the abundance of challenges will further test your strength…

When you become comfortable with mediocrity you become a part of the resistance…their is a movement going on…and I need your assistance…lend me your hand in this war of insistence…we must continue to fight so they acknowledge our subsistence…

That’s just a $50 noun for survival…the time has come for their arrival…the worst enemy…and a common rival…whether we lose or draw makes us liable…so stand strong and be patient…never be complacent…your legacy is built when you feel you’ve made a statement…

Peace…
